The actress was a part of the Mensa group as well as an actress, who played characters in Thelma & Louise Beetlejuice, Stuart Little and Thelma & Louise. The actress was awarded an Academy Award as Best Supporting actress for her performance in the film The Accidental Tourist, for playing Muriel Pritchett, one of the characters in Beetlejuice. She was also nominated for an Golden Globe Award in recognition of her work on A League of Their Own. She was a part of the American horror-comedy Beetlejuice that was written by and directed by Tim Burton. Virginia Elizabeth Geena Davis was born on the 21st of January 1957. She is an American actor and activist. Davis received many accolades both for her performance on screen and on television. She was noted as a strong, authentic women as well as her support for women working in the business. Her first passion was music. As a teenager, she learned to play the flute, piano as well as organ. Her birthplace was in Walnut Creek California and was the daughter of Mexican grandparents Josie Nelson, and Barry Nelson. Her three older siblings are known as Nathan Neal Nick. They were in the same household as a child being raised by her parents in Concord California. When she was a little girl, she wanted to become a professional soccer player. But, in 2002 as she entered her senior year of her high school she sustained the injury to her ankle. Following her recovery from the injury, she continued playing as a striker within Pleasant Hill California at Diablo Valley College where she earned an associate's degree in Art. She received Junior College All-American awards and then transferred to Arizona State University. Unfortunately the self-doubt of her caused her to give up soccer. After that, she attended California State University Fullerton where they awarded her an MBA degree as well as a minor in Human Resource Management and an Associate's Degree. Following her studies, she relocated to Los Angeles to pursue a career in modeling acting and promotions. While in LA, she came upon an audition call for W.W.E. at random and, after impressing the talent scouts she got a chance to try out for the four-week period. After that, in Orlando Florida she started her training with the Performance Center. In May 2013, she was a part of the Total Divas W.W.E reality T.V. show. Eva Marie was born. It was dyed red.
