Alexandra Shipp has been a popular actress for many years. Born in Phoenix Arizona in the United States on July 16th 1991. In 2012, she played the role of Victoria Justice's host on Victorious. Shipp began her career in 2009 when she was a guest actor for Alvin and the Chipmunks. The third episode of Nickelodeon's detective teen show House of Anubis, Shipp played the character of KT rush. Shipp received attention during 2014, when she played Dani Raymond as the sequel to Drumline: A New Beat on VH1 and Aaliyah as the lead character in the Lifetime series Aaliyah: A Princess of R&B. Shipp was the singer in her final role. Another role she played was Ice Cube's partner, Kimberly Woodruff, in Straight Outta Compton. This biographical film chronicled her career of N.W.A. She co-starred with Halle Berry in Bryan Singer's 2017 superhero film X-Men: Apocalypse. Ororo was a mutant that had control over the weather. She was earlier portrayed as Storm by Halle Berry. In the year 2018 Nick Robinson, Jorge Lendeborg Jr. were as the lead in Love Simon. Kathryn Prescott was also a part of Dude. James is a name that she shares alongside her older brother. Alexandra Ruth Shipp (born July 16 1991) is a American actress singer songwriter and musician who gained prominence for portraying real-life singer Aaliyah in the Lifetime television series Aaliyah The Queen of R&B (2014) as well as Kimberly Woodruff in the Oscar-nominated film Straight Outta Compton (2015).
